The service of the Staff, they made evrything that was possible to make or trip as good as can be..!!
You could hear what was happening in the corridors and the rooms next door, couldn’t get much rest..!! Have to be very Careful in the area at night time, but day time the location is perfect and near to all amenities. .
The location was excellent, right by Omonia Square right by metro. The hotel had a very nice contemporary design to it. The room was large, clean, and had a huge balcony. The ac worked well, during the August Athens heat. The breakfast was very nice!!! And even though breakfast hours were from 7-10am; the breakfast supervisor allowed me in 20 minutes early so I could make a tour that started at 7am. Really great deal for the price.
Only things would be: you had to pay for Internet use, but it was not too expensive. I could not find an English news channel on the tv.
This is what I call an OK hotel from a price-quality angle. Staff is OK for Athens but would not match the island attitude. The hotel is a bit worn out but all in all it is clean, the airco works, bathroom is well maintained, breakfast is good. Location as such is quite central close to Omonia but the street it is in scares off at nighttime. The hotel itself is well hidden in that street.
We stayed in May 2012, a time when Athens was clearly felt by the crisis. So the hotel, although very well located, is among other properties abandoned which is very sad. The room is very good, but clean, especially the bathroom, is not good. Breakfast very good and staff friendly and attentive.
Hotel staff was very friendly, gd breakfast
No internet connexion-WI-FI at the room.
We like this hotel a lot! The location is good! Really near the Omonia Square. The wifi can not use in room , that is a problem...
The hotel is good, good rooms and excellent breakfest. The staffs, services and facilities are almost for 4 star hotel. The price is excellent for this confortable hotel.
The location is good, near amonia tube station (100m), two tube lines run there (red and green line). During the day is a good area but at night is not so safe. The hotel is close to prostitution roads.
The hotel was ok, a quite old equipment. I really liked a breakfast, it was very rich.
Interiordesign is nice, but they have to keep it up. Breakfast was pretty good
Elevators are small, neighbourhood is rough. This hotel is the best building around, the rest is very shabby.
Convenient location, next to metro station.Quiet rooms, although facing a busy street. Comfortable rooms.
Poor breakfast. At least they should have offered natural juice (and not syrup diluted in water).
The hotel owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
The hotel needs improvement.
Even though hotel is located in not the nicest place in Athens, but I found the location very convenient, because metro station is very close. Therefore, the connection to all places in the city is very good and you don't need to walk a lot on the streets that might look not very safe. Hotel itself it's also quite nice: the room was cleaned every day, breakfast was also very good.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We could have our room three hours longer than check out time in order to have a shower after the marathon - free of charge! When I thanked the receptionist for this he thanked me for coming to his country and for participating in the race! And on race day there was a very early breakfast available especially for the marathon runners who had to get up and leave very early.
no complaints whatsoever
Decent bathrooms and breakfast
Staff is not very welcoming, rooms are not well maintained, feels a bit old.
Not to far from a metro station and night life!
It's location not so great as it is in Omonias area which is not so safe!
